Q. How far out should I book my event?
A. Piedmont Triad Productions works with all the details. It is best to get the date reserved on our calendar as quickly as possible.
Q. What type of deposit is required to book my event?
A. Piedmont Triad Productions asks for a 50% deposit based upon the proposal upon booking. This deposit reserves the date on our calendar. Remember, we promise to only take on the number of quality events that we can do and do well. The remaining amount is due 5 days prior to the event.
Q. Can you customize a Theme?
A. Yes! We customize all our events; our warehouse has a vast inventory of themes and décor. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, we will design it just for you.
Q. What else is included in my event package?
A. We offer first class service in everything we do. We take care of every detail including full set-up and take-down with all our events.
Q. Will you do a site visit?
A. Piedmont Triad Productions has done events at most of the sites available in the Triad Area. However, every event has a unique personality. We would love to look at the site with you with your particular event and needs in mind. If we have not done an event in your particular location, a site visit is a must to make sure that all details are covered.
